How To Work With US

When customers are not satisfied with existing designs of their watches or having a new idea for his collection, who shall bring their owned watches to us. We can help customers to do modifications on their owned watches and develop one of one new watches. (Customers shall be reminded that original brands may not provide the after-sell services on modified watches.) Here are the steps:

 

Step 1: Prepare the watch you want to modify. If customer does not have a watch but have a specific design want to make, a watch shall be bought  from the authorized dealer. We can also help to source the watch from the second hand market. We are recommend customer to source it on their own, but we would help as much as we can.

 

Step 2: Contact us and communicate with us about the design. We can modify it into your dream watch. We have couple solutions and you can discuss with us.

 

Step 3: Send us the watch you want to modify or money for sourcing the watch needed as agreed.
 

Step 4: Send us the authorization letter on written before we can do anything to the watches. Please email us a copy  of authorization letter with signature. Customer can also send it with the watch at step 3.

 

Step 5: We will communicate with the customer step by step from modeling, quotation and going through all steps of productions. 50% of quoted value would have to be prepared after confirmation of models by customer on written.

Fully equipped watch factory

We have full range of equipment for manufacturing watches. We have 3D designs and programming that would transform hand drawing into solid gold model using Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machines in productions. We also have diamonds cutting and polishing machines and technicians to modify every pieces of diamonds into specific sizse. Our colleagues are using over 20 years experiences in invisible settings that would securely fixed every pieces of diamonds. Our polishing and finishing colleagues are using experiences serving big retail brands that would bring our items to top quality level on finishing. After all, a normal watch would become an art piece.

 

Unique Designs
 

We have a range of our own designs for customers to choose if customer want to make an extraordinary item.  Customers can also submit their ideas to us and therefore we would provide unique design and production services to make an idea becomes products. However, we cannot make a new watch into same look of any existing brands watches design because of intellectual property rights  and we cannot do accept any illegal stamping requests

 

24 Months Free Movement Maintenance 

Customers can authorize us to change their owned watches in different designs. Customers shall be known that original brands may not provide the after-sell services on modified watches.  We can help customers for maintenance on their movements for 24 months for free, but customers would have to pay the cost of changing parts if necessary. We would let customer know once we have inspected such problems. Normally this may happen to watches aged over 5 years, and longer the ages more the possibility.

 

Movement Maintenance Services

The movement of watch is not healthy, we would inform customers once we have received it. We can do maintenance services for the customers. Customers may required to pay for there placing parts if necessary to create best performance of the movement. Please be understanding to the time required waiting for the parts if necessary from the original brands.

 

3ATM Water Resistance

All our watches are made with international standard of 3 ATM ex-factory water resistance standard.Some products would be provided over 5 ATM ex-factory water resistance standard.However please be reminded that 3 ATM is life water resistance standard means you can wear it for daily life for water resistance. Customers shall NOT be wearing it to do swimming and other water sports or any kind of diving. Customers shall not open it by themselves and any opened watch would not be considered as Not secured water resistance level unless a testing is made. We suggest customers shall ship the watch to us for inspection for any problems and we would fix for them for free in warranty period.  Customers shall pay for the fixing cost in the circumstance of opened transportation and transportation cost shall always liable to the customers

 

Production Lead time

Re-designing watch would be difficult have a clear time schedule unless we have a confirmed design. Mostly we would need 2 moths for modelling for a new design together with structural checks. After a model is done, there would be further 1.5-2months for the productions. There would be another month demand for extreme difficult designs.

 

Parts Demanded

In order to fit into new designs, customer may required pay for one time parts modelling cost which would only charged once regardless how many unit of orders. The repeated orders would not have such kind of costs.

 

Legal Notices

We would try our best to serve customer for their demands. However all requests shall be done legally. Any implicit illegal actions shall NOT be ordered. We can NOT help customers re-making stamps on the goods. Customers shall accept the marks or logos are becoming lighter or erased in productions. We would try our best to protest the original marks and logos on the products, but customer shall fully understand the said possibility of loss.

 

Again, we would try our best to protest the original marks and logos on the products, but whenever there is conflict in between keeping the marks and logos and the designs. We would taken advantages from designs as priority.  We shall have the full rights to modify the watch in our understanding that shall be clearly agreed by the customers upon authorization.  

 

Re-structuring with thickness

In our experiences, we have to re-structure the original cases into new heights widths and thickness,in order to make settings on the watches. We would modify according to the design,and we have the absolute rights to make changes with our experiences. Customers shall understand there is no reverse to the original watch once th ebmodification is made when making the authorization.

 

Non-Original Parts

All re-modified watches would contain some Non-Original parts. Customers shall understand that we have to use tailored made new parts in order to fit into the new designs. We shall keep the original parts as much as possible because we would not intend to change un-necessary parts as its increasing our productions. Only necessarychanges would be made according to designs.

 

Partial Original Parts Guarantee

We would guarantee all the movements from the customers would be used as originally bring to us. Only some necessary we would have to use tailored made parts in productions.

The following parts would be kept originally:

MOVEMENT is 100% original. Also Original Case and Back Cover, and all parts with marks and logos would be kept. Original Bazel may or may not use according to the design. Customer shall ask if there is any doubt in this part. About Watch Bracelet, most claps and parts with logos and marks would be kept, but the links would not be used. Without further instructions,we would melt the links and rebuilt the new links for settings. Customers shall a greed this parts 100% as necessary changes upon authorization.

Customers can ask for retaining the links as they want. However, customer shall inform us as the total cost would be different with returning the bracelet links.

 

Non-Selling on Modified Watch Notices

We DO NO SELL any modified watches with original brand logo and stamps but only helping customers to modify their watches under their authorizations. All watches we have made with original brand logos are came with the original watch and those we are going to make that would be done under customers authorizations. We Do Not have the authorizations by original brands unless we have stated on paper, therefore we cannot guarantee the items can go back to original brands services centre.  We would not intend to hide any information regarding this issue.
